Once you are admitted after the waitlist, you can close your account by opening the KARTY App and going to Settings > Account Details > Close Account. Before proceeding, please ensure that your wallet balance is 0 QAR, as accounts with a remaining balance cannot be closed. Once your request is submitted, your account and associated personal data will be processed for deletion. Certain information may be retained where required for legal or regulatory purposes.
